If you are interested in a particular date, we will provisionally hold that date for 7 days. Once you return the booking form and £400 deposit, this will confirm your booking and serve as your contract with us.

When do I have to make full and final payment?

50% of the hire costs are invoiced 6 months prior to your wedding day and the invoice must be paid with 30 days of issue.  The final invoice of the remaining 50% will be sent 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, which must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Do I get my deposit back if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking 12 weeks or more of the date, you will lose the £400 deposit unless we can re-book that date. If you cancel less than 12 weeks before the date, you will be required to pay the full amount.
