What’s included:

Grain Loft (12m x 7.5m 90 square metres):

80 maximum seated comfortably around tables, 100 maximum capacity.

Accessible via stairs or lift plus external steps into garden

Small kitchen with sink, fridges and freezer

Pay bar (provided by Wood Lane)

100 black cushioned chairs

White plastic banqueting tables (6′ x 2’6″)

 

Within the price you have full use of the venue from 1pm on the Friday to allow you time to decorate and set up for your wedding day. You also have use of the venue (Main Building) , grounds and gardens on the Saturday for your wedding ceremony, reception and photographs. On the Sunday following the event you have access until 11am to remove decorations and clear away, but other people may be using the grounds and kitchens. Please note that the total maximum capacity at Wood Lane Countryside Centre is 100.

 

There is an additional cost of £100 (included in the Ceremony & Reception Package) to hold your Wedding Ceremony at Wood Lane. The hire costs does not include registrar’s fees, but includes two members of Wood Lane staff to officiate for one hour before and after the ceremony.

The maximum capacity for your ceremony in the Grain Loft is 100 seated in rows or 12 in the Garden Room. ( Please note the entire venue capacity is 100.)

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £400.00 is to be paid to secure the booking. This will be retained until after the event to cover any damage or breakages of fixtures and fittings, any additional cleaning required or nuisance behaviour or noise. The deposit is separate to any hire costs and is non-refundable should you cancel your booking.

Upon booking you will receive our full Terms and Conditions, these are to be completed, signed and returned. This will serve as your contract with us.
